Written cancellation required: All workshop cancellation requests must be made in writing and emailed to: cancellation@themassage.academy
Cancellation 21+ days before start of workshop: A refund of 90% of the total tuition minus a $25 Processing Fee for each workshop will be issued.
Cancellation 8 – 21 days before start of workshop: A refund of 50% of the total tuition minus a $25 Processing Fee for each workshop will be issued.
Cancellation less than 7 days before start of workshop: No refund will be issued.
Cancellation once the workshop has begun: No refund will be issued, but course may be transferred to another student. The Massage Academy will not be held responsible to make up any missed hour(s) incurred by the departing or replacement student.
The Massage Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any workshop due to insufficient registration numbers or for whatever reason at any time without notice. In this event, The Massage Academy will not be held responsible for expenses incurred by students.
Should the workshop be rescheduled or cancelled due to insufficient registration numbers or for whatever reason, the student may choose one of the following:
